Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

International Shipping: Aurellia also ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination.

Shipping Delivery Times

Once an order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive the order within 5-10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal delays.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For Domestic Orders: Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • For International Orders: Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track your order's status directly through this link.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@aurelliaco.com and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
  • Stolen Packages: If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors or building management first. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us for further assistance.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Order Changes: If you need to change your shipping address or items after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@aurelliaco.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellations as the order may have already been processed.
